By accessing or using GEOCitation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
GEOCitation is a SaaS citation intelligence platform that analyzes brand visibility in generative engine responses (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.). The Service provides audits, KPIs, and optimization recommendations.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not share your account with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend any account in case of suspicious activity or violation of these Terms.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without any warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate your account in case of serious violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Major changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
